REGISTER TO USE THE ONLINE SERVICES
.1Book your appointment on line 2.Order your repeat prescription on line
- Access your records (medication, adverse reactions, allergies and any other items agreed between the patient and the practice)
There is the facility to book your appointment and order your repeat prescription on line at present. Copy the following link into your internet
Follow the instructions on the screen to register with “Patient Access” you will be issued with an ID & Password. You will maybe asked to call into the practice with some identification i.e. Driving licence/Passport
USE THE ELECTRONIC PRESCRIPTION SERVICE. YOU CAN THEN COLLECT YOUR PRESCRIPTION FROM YOUR CHOSEN PHARMACIST
The Electronic Prescription Service allows your prescription to be sent electronically to a pharmacy of your choice.
To sign up, you need to speak to your preferred pharmacy and complete a form to confirm that they can receive your prescription directly. Or ask one of our receptionist team to add your pharmacy nomination to your records.
Once you have signed up, your chosen pharmacy will receive your prescription electronically and you will not have to pick up your paper prescriptions from us.
If you have already nominated a pharmacy your prescription will be sent to them
electronically unless you tell us otherwise.
